We are looking for a new Phoenix-based, fully remote Legal Assistant to join our team and grow with us!
Position Summary:
This is a full time, remote role based in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. Our Legal Assistant works with all four of our attorneys, as well as our two paralegals. They play a very important role in maintaining order in the firm’s processes and ensuring operations run smoothly across the business.

WHAT You’ll be Doing
- You will maintain law firm calendar and scheduling coordination through Clio Manage
- You will be the keeper of all the company password and admin logins
- You will upkeep administrative tasks for the business
- You will handle all company court filings for Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico
- You will prepare fee agreements for new clients and send them via E-sign
- You will compose and send Letters of Representation to new clients
- You will download court documents using various software
- You will create case captions with our company template
- You will work with the current Legal Assistant to update case list
- You will manage correspondence with Executive Assistants for vendor expert invoices
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the AZ, CO, NM Rules of Civil Procedure
- Basic knowledge on how to handle all court filings in the states of AZ, CO, and NM
- 1-2 years of experience with Clio Manage preferred
- Experience using SharePoint, Dial Pad, and Adobe
